I would like to file a complaint against Gcash.
There is unauthorized transactions in my gcash account since last April 7, 2023 (11:01AM). Huge amount was stolen. No one opened my account and if meron ngtry dapat meh otp or email confirmation. I submitted a report regarding the incident around few minutes after the funds was transferred, Gcash customer service is not helping at all bakit?? Instead they check the fraudster account where my funds was transferred to ang sasabhin sau lage di na nila marecover ung money. I need the police report about this incident please.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
