Dear NBI, 

Good afternoon, my account was hacked last night, i am based in abu dhabi, and the hacker is speaking in tagalog. 

2 of my friend sent money to the account number with my name (I dont have union bank account)

Please help, i feel bad for my 2 friends who sent money, and currently, they are still actively messaging some of my friends.

Already reported to Facebook, but will take 2 weeks for them to deactivate my account.

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
