This is Jev Ivan G. Albalos,
I made an appointment for me to online renewal via website of the NBI then pay P160 via e-wallet (gcash). I sent a payment to NBI which they sent as a reference. After I finished sending, they didn't send another text about me sending the payment. I also don't know when I will get my nbi renewal. Kindly Refund my Payment or Fix my Problem.

Therefore, we would like to refund our first payment, here are the details:
