Hi! I would like to file a complaint regarding: 

1. Unauthorized transaction in my gcash account. 

2. There's a numerous OTP sending to me without asking for it. 

3. And then, sunddenly, my 20k lost that easily. 

4. Please help me get my money back! I really need it for my tuition fee.
