Magandang araw nais ko po magreklamo sa mga taong nagpanggap na staff ng Sterling Galleon.online app na maggrab at palce order at may commissions.Pero nung mawithdraw ko ang pera na 600k nakapending daw po dahil kailangan ko daw po magbayad ng tax, hindi daw po nila pwedeng ideduct sa makukuha ko dahil wala na daw po laman ang account ko. Sa kanila ko daw po ipadala ang bayad sa tax ko.Sana po matulungan niyo ako.Maraming salamat po.

To file a complaint, request for investigation, or report any crime,  kindly proceed to our Complaints and Recording Division (CRD), Vtech Tower, G. Araneta Avenue corner Ma. Clara St., Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
