Hi I want  to request to investigation about MocaMoca online loan app.
1. On June 27,2023.. Sa nasabing Araw nakilala ko si MocaMoca online loan app thru FB adds, at Dali Dali ko ito denawnload at ngbigay Ng impormasyon batay sa kanilang hinihinging requirements para sa money loan.. na approved Ako Ng 2000php at Ang natanggap ko ay 1800php,as of July 14,2023(today) Ang loan ko ay NASA 3790 na! Nakakatanggap na Po Ako email galing sa kanila na Ang nkapaloob ay puro pananakot O harassment... Magbabayad nman Po Ako sana pero bakit Po Ganon kalaki Ang patong o interes ni MocaMoca, Kong alam kolang

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
