Hi. Good day! I've apply for NBI Clearance today, January 08, 2024. And the releasing date of my clearance is on January 18, 2024. I'm out of town during that day. Can I make an authorization letter and authorized someone to pickup my Clearance on the day of release?

As regards your concern, you may send someone to claim/get your clearance. Please note that he/she must bring your PAYMENT RECEIPT, AUTHORIZATION LETTER with your signature, and your VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID.
