I scheduled an online renewal appointment for January 30, 2024, using the NBI website. I then paid P160 using gcash.I wish to switch my appointment branch after receiving NBI clearance, and I've already made another payment. Additionally, when I paid with gCash, I didn't get an email or a text message letting me know that I've been successfully paid. Thus, we created a new reference and made the required payment once more. For this reason, we would like to return our first money.The specifics are as follows:
