Good day! 
I would like to request refund for my transaction in NBi clearance yesterday January 22, 2024. Me and my co-worker make an appointment in in the nbi clearance website but when I go to near nbi branch in out province the said references number was invalid and it was based to the manila. So I decide to make and appointment again and pay again. Can you help me to refund my money amounting 320
