One of my Facebook friend messaged me last 01 June 2023 and asked me to send money to her cousin through a Gcash Number because her Gcash wasn't working. A few days after, my friend reached out personally and said she has been hacked for days and after retrieving her account, she found that the hacker have asked money to everyone of her friends.

I would like to request the following information to be investigated, provided the information disclosed below:

1. Gcash Number the donation was sent to: 
2. Amount Solicited: PHP 2 500
3. Date and Time of Transaction: 01 June 2023, 5:46PM

We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
