Hi! Pls help me refund my money from CIMB BANK and Union bank which was the mop used by the scammers of Cryptostakers. I have reported it to them since the day that we got scammed but until now Union bank is taking too long to give an update and also cimb bank. My merchank bank which is metrobank still investigating. 

It was  hard to earned money and I believe they must be liable also for letting these scammers used faked names to create accounts and how were they able to widraw such big amounts without further verification from

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
