Hello! I was wondering if you could help us. An unknown number texted my mother this May 4, 2023 at 1:39 PM and sent death threats to our family and friends because we did not pay money lend to us by them. First, we did not loan any money except banks and doubt they will do this kind of stuff and second, the texter name dropped "Noime Batungbakal" who formerly rented in one of our property but she was evicted because of not paying their rent for months. We have given them ample amount of to pay or just vacate. The number used is "09171222353". What can we do and please help us. Thank you!

Domingo, Quezon City, or to the NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf. 

You may also send your complaint via email thru crd@nbi.gov.ph. 

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to foi@nbi.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
