Hi! I would like to refund my payment for NBI Clearance.

I made an appointment this January 30, 2024 online renewal via website of the NBI then pay P160 via e-wallet (gcash). Upon getting the NBI clearance, I want to change my appointment branch and I already pay another transaction. So, we generate new reference and paid again the said amount. 

Therefore, we would like to refund our first payment, here are the details:
