Investment Scam of altacomprador in Instagram

1) I invested 2k capital on July 22, 2023, the said ROI would be on August 15-20, but no transfer. 
2) They updated saying that they'll release it on September 21,2023 instead because of it being an international transfer, but then again, no transfer.
3) They updated again saying they'll finally send it on October 15, 2023 because of PayPal complications, but then AGAIN, no transfer.

It's now December 5, 2023, and I have not received my initial investment and ROI. Their Instagram is now suspended and is no longer available to message. Many people have complained about him
