Dear Adm.Marilyn Mabale, The inquiries that we submitted last May 3, 2021 with tracking no. NDA-88738631744 were not addressed in your response on June 8, 2021. You sent the schedule of fees but did not address the following: (1) Date of last revision of NDA's fees in compliance with AO 31, s.2012; and (2) Plan/s to revise the schedule of fees (increase/decrease/retain)? Please state including the current status of revision, if any. The requested data will be used in preparation of the status report of the Task Force on Fees and Charges. Your responses are highly appreciated. Thank you!
