The National Tax Research Center, the Secretariat of the Task Force on Fees and Charges pursuant to DOF-DBM-NEDA JC No. 1-2013  which implements AO 31 (s.2012) would like to request the following from your office:
1. Latest schedule of fees and charges imposed by the National Dairy Authority (for year 2021)* 
2. Legal basis for the imposition of such fees and charges

*We noticed that the schedule posted in the Citizen's Charter is 1st edition of 2020, let us know also if there are no changes or increase.
