You asked for Goat and Carabao Dispersal San Roque Northern Samar.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested because as per Visayas Regional Department, NDA does not have yet beneficiaries of goat and carabao dispersal in San Roque, Northern, Samar. However, you may wish to contact Philippine Carabao Center to inquire on their dispersal program.
