As Secretariat to the Task Force on Fees and Charges, the National Tax Research Center would like to ask the following from your agency:
1. Date of last revision of NDA's rate of fees in compliance with Administrative Order(AO) No. 31, series 2012.
2. Legal basis for the said imposition.
3. Any plan/s to revise the schedule of fees (increase, decrease, or retain)? Please state including the current status of revision, if any.
4. Is the schedule of fees and charges posted in your website is the current/updated schedule?
