I refer to my letter of Dec 06, 2023 11:04:13 AM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for CY2017 Audited Financial Statements & Management Letters of Philippine Electric Cooperatives.
Our response to your request is due on Dec 27, 2023 11:04:13 AM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because we are currently in the process of evaluating/reviewing the Annual Cash Operating Budget of 121 ECs. Also, your request consists of a 6-year Audited Financial Statement of 51 Electric Cooperatives which will take time to scan.
I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Jan 24, 2024 11:04:13 AM.
