We had already contacted PALECO and BISELCO and raised our concerns with regards to the request for the aforementioned data. Unfortunately, they can't provide them due to confidentiality as per ICT and Data Privacy Policy. We would like to request if possible to access the data or assist us, assuring that those data will only be used for research and academic purposes. We are hoping to your kind consideration regarding this matter. Thank you.
