This refers to your request dated October 2, 2019 which falls under the Freedom of Information (FOI) mechanism facility.

You requested for topological map of grid and off-grid connected places in the Philippines for use on your thesis entitled Economic Analysis of BESS in WESM.

We regret to inform you that our Office particularly the Engineering Department does not maintain a collection of topological maps. 

However, you may request directly to the General Managers of Electric Cooperatives (ECs) concerned.
