I would like to request the historical peak MW demand, customer count (per customer type), and energy consumption (per customer type) of all distribution utilities and electric cooperatives in the Philippines from the Year 2010 to the Year 2022.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 01, 2023 11:12:16 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Historical Data Request for Distribution Utilities and Electric Cooperatives in PHL.

Your FOI request is approved. However, please be informed that the ECs' data you are requesting for can be found on the Rural Electrification Chronicle which our agency publish yearly and is being sold for Php500 each. And it consists of historical data of ECs. You can get a copy of it at our office. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dominique T. Tamayo with email address pao_nea@yahoo.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
