I would like to ask for a copy of NEA’s Natural Gas Demand Aggregation Guidelines for Electric Cooperatives as mandated by the Department of Energy under Department Order No. 2023-10-0022. 

In relation to this, we also would like to ask the NEA for the date of the CSP related to the Department Order.

Issuance of NEA is a work in progress and the guidelines will be posted on the NEA website once it is approved and executed. You may check our website for updates.
