I'm Engr. Jerome N. Valeros, a graduate school student in UST-legazpi. I would like to ask if you have data regarding the standard or manual of maintenance in electric cooperatives or distribution utilities, concerning the maintenance of distribution and sub-transmission lines. If you have information or data regarding this, I would like to acquire it for the use of my thesis study.
