You asked for Market Study and Financial Analysis on Electric Cooperatives.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested, particularly the 2022 Audited Financial Statement of PALECO. 

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested because, for Items 2 and 3, please request the data from the Department of Energy (DOE), as they are the authorized agency to provide it.

Your right to request a review
