Hi! I would like to request a copy of all the Power Supply Procurement Plan of the Distribution Utilities and Electric Cooperatives in Mindanao. 

Only few were uploaded in the DOE website. The information in the PSPP are very useful for research.

Dear Ms. Delmo,

This refers to your request regarding the Power Supply Procurement Plan (PSPP). Your request falls under the Freedom of Information (FOI) mechanism facility.

You asked for a copy of all the PSPP of the Electric Cooperatives (ECs) and Distribution Utilities in Mindanao for your research purposes. You also stated in your eFOI request that only few were uploaded in the DOE website.

Per inquiry with NEA’s Regulatory Affairs Office which handles the PSPP of ECs, please be informed that those uploaded in the DOE website are the ones that were approved by the body. Said PSPP is also uploaded in our website nea.gov.ph.
