1. Number of Lifeline Customers per EC as of September 2023
2. EC's CAPEX Application as of September 2023
3. Residential Rates Implemented by Private Distribution Utilities for the month of September; and 
4. Over/Under Recoveries Implementation of ECs as of June 2023
