Greetings!

PIDS is currently conducting a study to survey best practices Towards Universal Broadband Service in the Philippines. We are hoping to gain access to the documentation of ECs pole rental rates and statistical data on rented poles for information on the legal basis and historical background of pole rentals in relation to infrastructure sharing. The legal documents would provide valuable inputs to our study in determining infrastructure sharing issues in the context of universal services models in the electricity industry.
