I would like to obtain historical data on eletrification by ECs:
(1) Names of Barangays (and Sitios, if available) with electricity (atleast one household connected) and w/out electricity from 2003 to 2010, and
(2) Number of households connected per Barangay (and Sitios, if available) with and w/out electricity from 2003 to 2010.
Target ECs:
Palawan (PANELCO)
Mindoro (ORMECO, OMECO)
Masbate (MASELCO)
Panay (AKELCO, ANTECO, CAPELCO, ILECO II)
Samar (NORSAMELCO, SAMELCO I, SAMELCO II, ESAMELCO)

Hi,
Thank you for this. How about a list (or at the very least, a number) of barangays without electricity for Region IV B, Region VI, Region VIII, and Region IX from 2003 to 2010 like we have in the Status Reports of Rural/Missionary Electrification? Thank you!
