As the lead agency of the Regional Oxygen Task Unit of Bicol region, we are currently preparing the contingency plan of Medical Grade Oxygen Supply for Bicol Region and one of the data to be used/discussed is the average power interruptions incurred for the year 2021. This will be used mainly to strategize plan to address the power interruptions. Thank you.
