Hi Sirs/Madam,
I personally emailed a message to NEA OA but to no avail there is no response.
My query is about the power supply to my home and my neighbors.
The current power supply we have is Line to Line type meaning both lines are live. We do not have neutral line.
What I know is the power supply is supposed to be Neutral and Line.
Please advise what is the correct power supply? Also please advise if the Line to Line type of power supply is safe for us and our appliances.
