Response to your request

Sorry for the very late response. We were only able to access our e-FOI portal just recently. Thus, we were able to access your request only recently. 

In case, you still need the data on rice procurement (local and imported) per your request, kindly access our website (nfa.gov.ph) under Statistics and Rice Importation section. I would just like to clarify that NFA procures  palay from our local farmers and these are being milled for distribution. We sourced our rice thru  importation to fill the production gap but this is being determined by an inter-agency committee and approved by the NFA Council. 

Let us know if the data in our website are sufficient based on your requirements.
