Good day Sir/Ma'am.

This writing pertains to the implementation of the aforesaid AO. Since a local water district does not source its funds from the DBM, and the DBM has already released a total of Php1 billion for the grant of a one-time rice assistance to all qualified employees and workers of national government agencies, may I ask for the implementing guidelines specific for the use of LWDs for this grant?
