Hi! We requesting for confirmation of the status, or electronic copies of the National Food Authority’s (NFA) Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) and/or memorandum circulars related to Section 82, amending Section 288 of the NIRC, Paragraph F, (c), (2), of RA 10963.
In case the requested documents cannot be provided, our organization wish to be informed in case an existing draft of the IRR exist, and be given an electronic copy of any related memoranda (if available), pertaining to the cited social benefits provision.
