May I request a copy of the NFA-DA-DBM Guidelines on the Release of Rice Allowance, in accordance with the Admin Order No. 2, series of 2022 issued by the President?
The document will be used as a reference in facilitating the transactions with the NFA Personnel in their National Capital Region Office.
I am from the National Book Development Board, an attached agency of the Department of Education.
