Dear Sir/Madam:

I am currently writing about history of Sigma,  Capiz. The National Food Authority had a warehouse in Barangay Mangoso,  Sigma. 

Anent this, I would like to ask the following,  when was the warehouse constructed/completed. and what is it's capacity in term of number of sacks of rice or palay it can store.

Relative to your inquiry here are the following details :

** Sigma Grains Center was constructed/completed on June 1, 1976. It is the first NFA owned warehouse constructed  in the province of Capiz. It stands in a two-hectare lot donated by the late House Speaker Cornelio Villareal located at Narangay Mangoso, Sigma, Capiz

** The Sigma warehouse has an effective capacity of 50,000 bags

We have also attached an old photo of the said warehouse during its early operations in the 70s which may be useful to your research.
