Good day. I'm Paul Allen B. Patriarca, a 4th-year Railway Engineering student from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I would like to request the following regarding the Rice Prducing Provinces in Luzon:
1. The Top Rice producing Provinces in Luzon.
2. Factors Controlling the Price of Rice.
These will only be used for my thesis/research,a project proposal for railway system that would serve as a backbone of agricultural logistics for northern Luzon.

I have received and analyzed the information for my request and it is truly helpful for my research. Thank you for your accurate and timely response for my request.
My research aims to lower the price of rice by creating a logistical system that would transport produced rice from provinces to NCR.
