Greetings!
I was told that NFA has ceased in licensing/registering businessmen engaged in the grains business upon the passage of the Rice Tariffication Law, hence NFA cannot give me data from 2019-onwards. So I would like to, at least, request for the monthly regional data on the number of licensed firms, rice businesses (e.g. retailers, wholesalers, retail-wholesalers, millers, warehousing providers, and importers) from the oldest to the latest data you have prior the law.
