You asked for List of Rice Mills with contact details in the Philippines per region.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. With the implementation of RA No. 11203, the regulatory powers of the NFA which includes monitoring and  regulatory task over grains business and registration of all rice enterprises over the rice industry have been removed. Thus, we could not provide you with the data you need.
