You asked for Domestic Trade of Food Products in Metro Manila.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we would like to inform you that the National Food Authority only handles rice. 
Prior to the passage of RA 11203 or the Rice Ratification Law, NFA procures palay locally and when the situation warrants due to production gap, NFA imports rice. With the passage of the RTL in 2019, the NFA is now mandated to maintain buffer stocks sourced locally from farmers for distribution during calamities and emergencies. 

Prior to 2019,  the palay procured within the region are milled into rice and are distributed to other regions which are non-production areas or those areas affected by calamities. 

The information/data you are requesting is quite complicated because we have intra and inter regions transfer. We are sorry that we cannot provide  the requested information.
