Hi I would like to request for the MOA s between City of Cebu and NHA for the years 1977 up to 1986..
The project would pertain to Second Urban Development Project under the WorldBank Loan .. Davao, Cebu and Cagayan and Tondo were included in this project.

I want to get a copy of the MOA to ascertain if my land was included in the project . If there are other documents that you think may be helpful , please send me list and I will request for them .

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated September 02, 2019, for information on the Memorandum of Agreement entered into between NHA and City of Cebu for SIR Slum Improvement Project.

Per coordination with our regional office, the Cebu City SIR was a project implemented by the Provincial Government of Cebu City while NHA provided funding and technical assistance.

Kindly coordinate directly with the Cebu City LGU for the needed data and information.

Attached herewith is the copy of the letter reply forwarded to your email by our Region VII office dated September 19, 2019 for your information and reference.
