good day. halos isang libong individual gusto magkaron ng kasiguraduhang pamamahay sa ph4c bagong silang caloocan. 
mahigit 10 taon na Informal settler na kami. at gusto naming magkaron po ng kasiguraduhang pananatili at assurance. marameng land grabbers na nagtatangka palayasin ang mga residente kahit peke ang titulo nila. sana mapansin nyo po kami umaasang tulungan nyo para hindi na mabiktima ng mga sindikatong mapagsamantala.
ang lupa tinitirhan ay mahigit 20 yrs hindi nakakabayad ng tax. estimation 15 hectares ang nasabing lupa na marameng illegal na naninirahan.

Dear Mr. Punzalan:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 22, 2023, for information on how to own the property you are presently occupying in Caloocan City.

Attached herewith is a copy of the letter sent by the NHA Caloocan District Office dated July 4, 2023, informing you that the said property is not an NHA property but a privately owned one. 

Hence, the NHA cannot act on this request.
