We have been coordinating with district office as to the status of data you have request but unfortunately, the person in charge has been rendering work from home due to quarantine protocols.

I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Feb 07, 2022.

Dear Ms. Alcolea:

This is about your request for information on the population of relocatees in NHA's housing project in SV9, Ynares Village, Brgy. Pinugay, Baras, Rizal and at Sitio Peterson, Baras, Rizal.

Please be informed that we have referred your request to our Rizal District Office last December 27, 2021 and I was informed that per you phone conversation with our District officer, you were advised to submit a formal request stating the reason and purpose for the said request for information.

Up to this date, our office have not yet received said letter. Pending the submission of said requirement, your request shall be put on hold. Kindly directly coordinate with NHA Rizal District Office on the said concern.

Attached herewith the copy of the status update sent to me by our District Manager, for your information and reference.

Dear Ms. Alcolea:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 20, 2021, for information on the number of relocatees in NHA's housing project in Southville 9, Ynares Village, Brgy. Pinugay, Baras, Rizal.

Per our Rizal District Office, NHA Southville 9 Housing Project has a total number of 9, 594 relocated families while 382 families were relocated at Sitio Peterson, Baras, Rizal.

Likewise, per our coordination with our Rizal District Office, they have coordinated with you and request you to submit an official letter stating the purpose of your request. However, up to this date, you have not provided the required document nor conducted follow-up and coordination on the said request, thus causing a delay in the release of the information.
