Hi, per checking in NHA's website, the link for its 2019 APPs are being redirected to the home page. 

As such, I would like to request for a copy NHA's 2019 Updated Annual Procurement Plan.

This document will be used for my benchmarking.

Dear Bastareche:

This is in reference to your, EFOI requested dated Jan 25, 2021, for the 2019 Updated Annual Procurement Plan. Our FOI CMU FOI Receiving Office had requested you to forward thru our email an official communication addressed to our General Manager asking you to state the purpose of your request and using the letterhead of the company, organization, or institution you are representing.

However, up to this date we have not received said letter in order for us to work further on your request.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 12, 2021, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.

While I am currently an employee of an existing organization, I would like to reiterate that the intended purpose of this request is for my postgraduate thesis; hence, this is a personal matter relative to my research and not intended for any official use by and in behalf my employer.
