Good day!

I would like to inquire and know about:

1. The guidelines or rules of NHA regarding to high rise socialized housing

As San Juan City has planned a 22 storey condo type in-city housing, I would want some guidelines regarding this as my thesis is tackling the same building typology.

Thank you for your request dated Sep 04, 2021, for information regarding Guidelines on the High Rise Housing.

Per coordination with our Housing Technology and Technical Research Department (HTTRD), a reply was forwarded to your email on September 13, 2021, informing you that the NHA is currently using the BP 220 as a guide in the planning and development of its low-rise, medium-rise, and high-rise building projects.
