Hi ma’am/sir,
I would like to ask your assistance in regard to the following:

1. To verify the legitimacy of selling lots in Meverville Subdivision under FGNN Construction. 

2. To check if the owner of FGNN Construction is the same owner as MEVER Construction.

3. To check their certificate of registration and license to sell.

4. Also, to ask if this private property under FGNN Construction provides Deed of Conveyance between NHA?

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 10, 2023, for information about the Meverville Subdivision under the FGNN Construction.

Per coordination with the NHA Bulacan District Office, the said property is not within the jurisdiction of the National Housing Authority (NHA). You may lodge your concern with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

Attached herewith is a copy of the letter reply sent by our concerned District Office for your reference.
