1. Available land/lot for housing development or (ongoing project site use as reference), zoning, and lot type.
2. Number of informal settlements/slum in base 1 payatas (Demographic) number
3. Guidelines regarding Socialized and economic housing  
4. Quezon city guidelines regarding housing development 
5. Other data that can help my research thesis proposal.

I proposed a Housing development with the title of S.L.U.M: A Sustainable housing for a Brighter Future of Slum.
