Hello, I am a graduating student of Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Mapúa University. My a thesis proposal is entitled “A Study on the Design Standards of Public Housing in The Philippines and its Effect on the Lifestyle of the Beneficiaries & A Proposed Design Standard Models

Thank you for your request dated Jun 06, 2022, for information on available lot for existing and future Public Housing project in Quezon City.
Per coordination with our Housing Technology and Technical Research Department (HTTRD), we were informed that a reply was sent to your email on June 7, 2022, , providing you the following information:
1. For locations of existing NHA Project Sites, please refer to the NHA GIS Map Online Services on the NHA website - https://maps.nha.gov.ph
2. For Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinances of QC, please inquire from the DHSUD or QC LGU.
3. For Geohazard Maps, please refer to HazardHunter.ph which is a product of GeoRisk Philippines.
4. The NHA currently follows existing laws and implementing regulations for developments in housing such as: BP220, BP344, PD1096, PD957, RA 9514, RA 19884.
