Hello, I would like a list of Banned Real Estate Developers and a list of Developers with Suspended HLURB License to Sell showing the location of the property.

Dear Ms. Crosby:

Thank you for your request dated Jul 07, 2017 12:19:55 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Please be informed that similar request was made by Ms. Janine Mariel Medina of St. Scholastica's College on June 27, 2017 and per record from our Bids and Awards Commiittee (BAC) 1, there are no banned or blacklisted developers in the National Housing Authority. 

Contractors/Developers whose proposals were found to be non-complying were asked to explain in writing reasons for non-compliance and if found not meritorious, they are warned. Should said contractors/developers been warned three (3) times in a year, they will be suspended to participate in the our project bidding for 1 year.

As to your requested list of developers with suspended HLURB LIcense to Sell, please coordinate directly to the HLURB Office in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
