Hi! I am a history graduate student doing my masters thesis on the history of housing in Metro Manila. I would like to access the following documents if available:

1. Maps and plans for the Sapang Palay Resettlement Project (site plans, land use allocations, etc).

2. Map of the Tala Estate in Caloocan and the PHHC housing projects there (site plans, land use allocations).

As the successor agency to the Philippine Homesite and Housing Corporation, I believe that the NHA has some of these plans/documents. Any advice from your office would greatly help my research.

Dear Mr. Gagno:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 04, 2023, for information on the BLISS sites in Metro Manila, as well as a copy of the Master plan and site plans.

Attached is a copy of the letter reply sent by NHA MANAVA District dated June 8, 2023, informing you that the NHA North Sector has no documents on the said project in Malabon City.

Kindly coordinate with the Local Government of Malabon City which has jurisdiction over the master plan/site plans of the project.

Also attached is a copy of a letter reply from the NHA Caloocan District Office providing you with a copy of the site development plan and land use for Tala Residences II & III, Tala Estate, Caloocan City.
